While previous experience is welcome, it isn't required because we provide all of the training you will need to be successful in our positions!

Pay Rates:

  • Resident Assistant $20 - $22 – Shift differentials for overnights and weekends.
  • Dietary Aide $15
  • Cook $19

We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire.  For employees hired at 30+ hours/week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, as well as dental and vision insurance.  Full-time employees (40 hours/week) receive paid holidays!
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as requested, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

All employees must pass a criminal background study as determined solely by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.

By statute, DHS, in their sole discretion, makes the decision about your ability to work for us with respect to your criminal background status.
