Responsibilities:
Shifts/Hours:
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00
- +$0.50 for CNA certification and +$1.00 for both CNA and TMA certifications!
- Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!
- We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire. For employees hired at 30+ hours/week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, and dental insurance. Full-time employees (40 hours/week) receive paid holidays!
-Tuition reimbursement available for new CNA and TMA certifications, and other post-secondary education degree programs including nursing.
Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly for this entry level position.
Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.
Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.
- Performing housekeeping duties.
- Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
- Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.

- 10p – 6a, 4-5 days bi-weekly, including every other weekend.
